It is situated at Mudete Primary school near Mudete Friends Church. It is found in Vihiga County, Sabatia sub-county, Chavakali Ward,Evojo sub-location, Mudete village. The institution was established with an aim of helping youth who dropped out of school (in class eight) and cannot further their education due to poverty to acquire special skills to enable them acquire employment or start up small scale businesses to sustain themselves and help their families.
