TISA KENYA

A team from Tisa Kenya today paid a courtesy call to Governor Dr. Wilber Khasilwa Ottichilo where they held deliberations regarding the forthcoming launch of the successfully validated Grievance Redress Mechanism (GRM) report.

The GRM report aims at creating frameworks for handling and documenting grievances, ultimately strengthening open governance and was discussed in a collaborative workshop between County Government of Vihiga and TISA held between 18th and 20th March 2025.

Additionally, it incorporates crucial feedback processes with a comprehensive implementation matrix to actualize realization in the guideline.

‎This milestone will reflect a significant shift towards improved service delivery and responsiveness within the County.
