CHAMPIONING FOR GOOD GOVERNANCE

This is according to the Institute Of Certified Secretaries (ICS) assessment done by NEPAD/APRM Kenya in Vihiga, under the County Peer Review Mechanism (CPRM).

The award was presented to Governor Dr. Wilber Khasilwa Ottichilo by a team led by the Deputy County Secretary Vincent Chanzu who attended the Champions Of Governance Award ceremony held at Sarova Panafric Hotel on 29th November 2024.

ICS is a statutory professional membership organization under the National Treasury and Planning with a mandate of promoting the practice of good governance in both the public and private sectors.
