COMMUNITY CONSULTATION FORUMS ON VIHIGA CLIMATE RESILIENCE INVESTMENTS, FY 2024/2025

Pursuant to Section 23 of the Vihiga County Climate Change Fund Act, 2019(Amended 2021) and its Regulations, the Directorate of Climate Change organized Climate Change Consultation Forums in several wards across the County.

The forums enabled communities to identity Climate Change resilience interventions for possible implementation under the Vihiga County Climate Change Fund and the FLLoCA Program.

The wards include; Lugaga/Wamuluma, Banja, Shamakhokho, North East Bunyore, Mwibona, Wodanga, Emabungo, North Maragoli, Gisambai, Chavakali, South Maragoli, Muhudu, West Sabatia and Wemilabi.
