Training Session
County Government of Vihiga through the Department of Gender, Culture, Youth, Sports and Social Services in partnership with the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC) today held a training session for youths in Vihiga at Kaimosi Friends University (KAFU).
Dubbed ‘Ethics and Integrity Sensitization Of Youth Professionals from Vihiga County,’ the event is first of its kind and onboarded youths in Public Service and business worlds from across the 25 wards in Vihiga.
Speaking during the event, Department of Youth and Sports Acting Chief Officer Dominic Luvavo urged the youths to utilize the chance offered to transform their own integrity and that of the society.
Luvavo further noted that currently, EACC has been embraced as part of the society unlike in the past where wananchi treated the organization as an enemy.
