Governor Dr. Wilber Khasilwa Ottichilo today visited the Vihiga Prison in Mbale where he donated foodstuffs to inmates ahead of Christmas celebrations.

In his remarks, Dr. Ottichilo expressed his willingness to partner with the National Government in ensuring the institution realizes infrastructural development.
