INDUCTION TRAINING

County Government of Vihiga through the Department of Health Services has completed a three-day induction training of The Vihiga Teaching and Referral Hospital (VTRH) Board members.
The training aimed at appraising the Board members on how to execute their mandate while adhering to the legal framework.
In his address, Vihiga Governor Dr. Wilber Ottichilo urged the board members to internalize The Vihiga Teaching and Referral Hospital bill among other related legal frameworks for efficient and effective service delivery.
He further called on them to develop a roadmap that will envision best hospital practice, research and innovation in the Teaching Referral Facility.

✅Leadership and Governance
✅Displinary Control for Public Officers
✅Performance Management
✅Protocol Etiquette
✅Management of Semi Autonomous Referral Hospital among others
