BENCHMARKING EXERCISE
County Executive Committee Member (CECM) in charge of Commerce, Tourism and Cooperatives Joseph Lunani received Bodaboda operators from Trans-Nzoia and Busia Counties who are in Vihiga for a benchmarking exercise.
Through the Department of Commerce, Tourism and Cooperatives, Lunani was able to share achievements and the successful collaboration between the Bodaboda industry and County Government of Vihiga.
During the tour, the CECM took the team through the County Intergrated Development Plan (CIDP), further advising them to establish a Development plan, Strategic plan, joining Cooperatives, embracing partnerships and paying taxes for posterity.
