BREAK AWAY SESSION
Governor Dr. Wilber Khasilwa Ottichilo today morning participated in a Break Away session organized by World Resource Institute and Practical Action, a session guided by the theme “Accelerating Climate Compatible Planning in Kenya : The Counties’ Perspective.”
Appreciating partners for supporting Counties in the development of the County Energy Plans and Capacity Building around the Energy sector, Dr. Ottichilo has called for implementation of the plans, terming Energy as an enabler for Counties’ growth.
