Governor Dr. Wilber Khasilwa Ottichilo today joined the staff at Emuhaya Sub County Hospital, Luanda, for a vibrant motivation and award ceremony!

This special event celebrated the outstanding dedication of healthcare workers and hospital staff, recognising those who have gone above and beyond to deliver exceptional services throughout the year.

During his address, Governor Ottichilo reaffirmed his administration’s commitment to strengthening healthcare in Vihiga by continually equipping facilities; ensuring services remain accessible, affordable, and available to all residents.

He also commended healthcare teams countywide for their selfless dedication and hard work in providing quality care, which continues to nurture a healthier Vihiga community.
