Handing Over

Vihiga Governor H.E. Dr. Wilber Khasilwa Ottichilo in company of H.E. Wilberforce Kitiezo – Deputy Governor Vihiga County and other County Officials today presided over the handing over of the renovated classrooms, modern kitchen, students and teachers lockers at the Mahanga Comprehensive Primary School in Mungoma Ward courtesy of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.

‎Governor Ottichilo expressed his gratitude to the Church for their support in changing the face of the school that has been neglected for a long time and for giving back to the society. He encouraged parents and teachers to take care of the classes and equipment given to them.

‎He also took the opportunity to remind residents of the upcoming FREE SURGICAL CAMP at the Vihiga County Referral Hospital from 8th -13th June 2025.
