H.E Dr. Wilber Khasilwa Ottichilo today Chaired the Second Kenya Devolution Support Program (KDSP II) County Program Steering Committee (CPSC) to review the progress made in the Financial Year ending 30th June 2025 and work plan for the 2025/2026 Financial Year.
