Kenya Scouts Association – Vihiga County team led by Carolyne Afandi today paid a courtesy call to Governor Dr. Wilber Khasilwa Ottichilo at his office.

The team took the opportunity to brief Governor Ottichilo, who is their patron, on the progress of various community service activities.

Governor Ottichilo applauded the team for their exemplary performance during the regional competitions, wishing them well as they proceed for National Scouts competitions at Rowallan National Scouts camp in Nairobi from 2nd to 5th August 2025.

He further urged them to collaborate and partner with the County administration as they carry out community activities in environment and health sectors.
