PROJECT UPDATE

Construction of a Model Maternal and Child Health Centre started in February this year at the Vihiga County Referral Hospital is on course

The building once complete will host a Theatre, Newborn Unit, Kangaroo room, Labour ward, Delivery room, Post-Natal ward among many other facilities to ensure new born babies not only survive but also thrive.

This is enabled through a partnership between the County Government of Vihiga under Governor Wilber Khasilwa Ottichilo and Mpesa foundation
