USAID (Momentum Country and Global Leadership – MCGL & USAID Nuru ya Mtoto) team led by Dr. Gathari today toured Hamisi Sub County Hospital and held a meeting with the Hospital leadership together with the Sub County Health Management Team to asses the various intervention measures by the County Government of Vihiga to ensure uninterrupted services amid the recent Stop work order by the US Government.
The team reaffirmed their commitment to supporting Vihiga County’s health sector, with a focus on integration and capacity building to ensure sustainability of services beyond the life of the current support programs.
