VIHIGA MEN SOCCER TEAM TO REPRESENT WESTERN REGION AT TALANTA HELA NATIONAL COMPETITIONS

The 4-day Talanta Hela regional tournament competition took place in Kakamega from 18th to 21st August 2023 where Under 19 teams from the larger Western region battled out to show their might in soccer.

As County Government of Vihiga, we are proud that our boys team qualified to represent Western region in the national competitions that will take place in Nairobi from 3rd December 2023.

Through the Department of Youth and Sports, we will continue to support and nurture our boys to make sure we carry the trophy and provide a platform for our boys to showcase their talent.

Further, we appreciate the effort of the coaches and technical bench and call on them to support the boys to perfect their skills ahead of the upcoming national tournament.
