NOTIFICATION OF NOMINATION OF PROPOSED COUNTY CHIEF OFFICERS IN THE COUNTY GOVERNMENT OF VIHIGA.
This is to notify members of the public as required by section 6 (2) of the Public Appointments (County Assemblies Approval) Act No. 5 of 2017 that in exercise of the powers conferred on me by Article 179 (4) of the Constitution of Kenya 2010 and Section 45 of the County Governments Act, and basing on the result of the competitive process conducted by the Vihiga County Public Service Board and submitted to me, I, Dr. Wilber Khasilwa Ottichilo, EGH, Governor, propose to nominate the persons named below for vetting and approval by the Vihiga County Assembly and subsequent appointment to the positions of County Chief Officer in the respective department of the County Government:
